We manufacture CNC-turned parts and automatic turned parts with the highest precision according to customer specifications — either based on individual manufacturing drawings or as standard turned parts. Turning part production is a core component of our machining services and plays a central role in our range of capabilities. On short- and long-turning machines, workpieces are produced by rotating them around their own axis. The stationary tool processes the rotating workpiece — typical operations include longitudinal turning, face turning, parting, thread cutting and drilling of rotationally symmetric components.
We produce prototype parts, small series and large-scale production runs with the highest levels of accuracy — always on time and in the specified quantities, backed by certified quality assurance according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

We deliver ready-to-assemble items and refine their surfaces according to individual requirements — using all common surface treatments such as galvanizing, nickel-plating, blackening, chrome-plating, powder coating, anodizing or silver plating.
